Fresh air
All rooms in rooms are equipped with their own ventilation system. In combination with a presence sensor, the amount of fresh air is optimally regulated. This ensures that your rooms are supplied with clean air. The ventilation system is an integral part of the construction, with several outflow openings, and minimal draught.
Quietness in the workplace is essential to be able to concentrate well. In addition to quietness, the absence of annoying reverberation or echo is very important to be able to work pleasantly. And of course, it is not desirable that people outside the room can follow what is being talked about. Zipperwall provides rooms-in-rooms and booths with high sound insulation by means of sound-insulating ceilings and walls. In addition, the sound insulation is further increased by using sound isolation material within the walls and ceilings and by the use of a specially designed sound isolation glass door.
Zipperwall spaces are separate from floor, ceiling and wall. The parts are connected to each other with a zipper connection; there is no need for a drill, saw or screwdriver for installation. As a result, moving the space has also become a matter of zippers. Delivery and assembly is provided by us as standard, and we also arrange an internal move for you. Because everything is modular and detachable, most components fit in a standard passenger lift.
Our system has its own ventilation system that can be connected to the building’s climate systems. But ventilation pulling fresh air from the surrounding room is also possible.
Quality lighting is essential for a productive workspace. Often, natural daylight falls short, leaving work surfaces under-illuminated. However, effective lighting is about more than just meeting standards for brightness and glare reduction; it’s about comfort. That is why our lighting is designed to be flicker-free and adjustable to suit your personal preference.
Developed specifically for Zipperwall, our advanced LED system goes beyond the basics. The lighting is fully adjustable, ranging from warm white to bright daylight. Every unit includes a four-scenario switch as standard with presets:
To maximize energy savings, integrated motion sensors manage both the lighting and ventilation, ensuring they only run when the cabin is in use. Both systems operate on a single low-voltage power supply for minimal energy consumption. The result? A perfectly lit environment for video calls without annoying shadows and a sustainable footprint.
